    I think this is one of those places where everything on their menu is delicious. I could live off their giant veggie sandwiches for the rest of my days if I had to! I hope this place never leaves Longview. Everyone should go here and try it. Not only does it have great food, but it is a beautiful space for special moments like bridal showers and stuff. Love Cassava!!!

    While the coffee is good, the macaroons and croissants rank right up there with France and I highly recommend.

    Oh my gosh. You must get some macarons. They're AMAZING. Also, the salad with asparagus- SO GOOD! Fast, friendly and the neatest atmosphere! Highly recommend!!!

    I had my graduation party here and used to go here every week. The place is daring and has a very nice set up. The staff is always very friendly. The food is fresh and amazing. If you get the chance go in on Wednesday and have the potato leek soup. I have never left here unhappy.
    Their drinks are also amazing. If you like redbull, they have redbull slushies that aren't on the menu.

    This is a beautiful restaurant- the lavender milk tea is to die for!!! Not too sweet and perfectly made. The variety of possible drinks is very broad which can make it hard if you're not so good with making decisions ;)

    This place is wonderfully lit with natural lighting with lots of open windows. The space is very open and inviting to all. There are also chandeliers scattered around the ceiling which adds to the charm of this lovely family owned place.

    Staff is so wonderful and catering to your wants and needs :) will definitely make it a point to return again in the near future!
